George Fiaachi – Chairman



John Levy


Mr Levy is a qualified solicitor who has provided legal advice to private and public companies, to non-profit associations and to sporting organisations for over 28 years. He now runs his own private corporate and commercial legal practice but has had previous experience both as a partner in the Adelaide office of Minter Ellison and as the partner in charge of the Commercial Division of O’Loughlins Lawyers.

Mr Levy has had a long term involvement in the racing industry as an owner and breeder and in the administration of the racing industry in his former roles as a Director and later Chairman of Greyhound Racing SA Ltd, as Chairman of Racing SA Ltd (the peak body for the 3 codes in South Australia) and as the SA representative on the Board of Greyhounds Australasia Ltd.
He has experience in the administration of other sporting bodies, including in his current role as a SANFL League Director and as a Board Member of the West Adelaide Football Club.

Roland Roccioletti MAICD, ESCI


Mr Roccioletti is one of Australia’s pre-eminent business leaders and thinkers. He has over 20 years experience heading large corporate organisations including Fosters, Goodman Fielder, Sara Lee and Avery Dennison having held senior leadership roles globally. He is Managing Director of Future Proof, a Corporate Advisory organisation specialising is Leadership Development, Mentoring, Strategic HR, Human Relations, Business Management, Marketing, Operations, Organisational Design & Development.  Mr Roccioletti has always been passionate about and strong supporter of Harness Racing and the opportunity to help contribute to the sports long-term sustainability.

Scott Barclay


Mr Barclay has a strong business acumen with over 15 years business experience working for some of Australia’s largest building products manufacturers, working across various levels of management.  Mr Barclay has a strong understanding of governance and is a member and a graduate of company directors course through the Australian Institute of Company Directors and is MBA qualified through the University of Adelaide.  Scott currently holds another Board position as Chair of the Adelaide Showgrounds Farmers Market in association with the Royal Agriculture & Horticulture Society base at Wayville Showgrounds.

Emma Grigson


Ms Grigson is an Army veteran with over 15 years of leadership, consulting and management experience. She holds qualifications in business, sports management and  is completing a doctorate in law with a focus on sports ethics and inclusivity. In her previous roles she provided advice to government, international partners and militaries on the use of operational resources, funding and strategy; including most recently as the Director of Disaster Preparedness and Resilience for SA Health. She has a long-term involvement and interest in sport- specifically in increasing inclusivity, diversity and community participation. From having been an ambassador for Nike’s “She Runs the Night” program in 2012, up till 2019 with her selection for the first AIS Executive Leadership Program. She continues to be a strong leader in the sports industry working with many national bodies, including as a Director for the WNBL Adelaide Lightning.
